Every Lady Bluu item, excluding prints, is hand sculpted and painted, therefor there may be small imperfections present in your item. Each piece is carefully made and truly one of a kind. If you choose to purchase a custom piece you agree that you cannot return the work you have ordered, nor will a refund be issued at any point. Custom orders are final sale from the moment they are purchased. Ceramics is a tricky medium, I will give you an allotted time frame for completion of your custom piece however there are some cases where the time frame will be extended. An extension happens every so often, this extra time will give me room to make sure that your piece comes out in the best way possible in lieu of rushing, this is incredibly important especially with custom orders. If you have a specific date you are ordering a piece for please make this clear to me ahead of time so that I can make sure to have your piece, or a smaller item, (card etc), shipped to you in time.
